    My Children

Taken at my son's wedding on January 14th.

He has some good looking sisters.

    I may be slightly biased.

I also have a gun safe with guns in it!

Great picture, Robert. And congrats on the wedding.

By the way, your son and your daughter (back right) look just like you and your wife. They could be both of you when you were (ahem..) younger.

What? Really Ray. I'm very youthful looking for 44 years old. If you ignore that my hair is thinning on top. And mostly gray! And the wrinkles in my face. And...

    ;-)

BTW, the boy does look like me (more than he cares for, I think), and the one in the back, right, is Dawn's biological daughter (the other four are mine). We are a blended family, and the Lord has blessed us in more ways than we can count.

    Actually, it was not.

Besides which, I think I have the majority of families in this county outgunned if it comes down to the Hatfields and the McCoys (or McCabes).

My gun safe contains two shotguns, three handguns, and seven rifles. (And right now it contains the boy's rifle and shotgun, and two rifles and a shotgun that belonged to my wifes, grandfather.) My .357 is within easy reach if we ever get an uninvited guest.

BTW, I show any and all prospective boyfriends the inside of my gun safe before they ever take one of my daughters out! :-O

    Thank you Old Timer!

The Lord has blessed me abundantly, and yes, I do enjoy showing them off.

    :-D

Though having a son that's married (even if he is only 18) makes me feel old.

Hmmm, should I change my screen name to Old Speed? Ancient Speed? The Photographer Formerly Known As Speed?
