    Mothers

All holidays are ripe for snapshots. Mother's Day is no exception. My oldest daughter Stephanie and her family spent the weekend with us in Kentucky and of course the camera was out for much of the weekend. Here are a few images of the mothers that spent the weekend at my house with their boys. The first is Nana Joy with grandsons Jack the three year old and Paul his one year old brother. The last two are of Steph with her boys, she has inherited wonderful mothering skill from Joy.

These are the quality of pics I would like to achieve. The lighting is great. Great job.

    Re: Mothers

Thanks Liz and f-70. I do love the family and as I've said before taking family photos over the hectic years is one thing that kept me involved in photography for the last 40 years. My big regret this mothers day is that I failed to get a single pic of Joy and her beautiful mommy daughter together. I dropped the ball.

You could still do that! The next time they are together.......it may not be "Mothers Day" but in fact every day is Mother's Day! Just ask the Mothers! Just file it as "Mothers Day 2008."
