    More scans - Virginia

    Tired of me yet?

These are all from my home state of Virginia.

    Hey there Rick!

I finally got a chance to view the last of this series - and I wanted to say that this is my favorite. I enjoyed viewing them, so thanks for posting them all.

My very favorite is No. I......just love it. I hope you have it hanging somewhere. It's awesome. You're very creative, Rick........great imagination.....along with good composition! Great combination.

    Hey Rick

Awesome colors on C Bay. The Battlefield has that old war eerie feeling. I am interested in the Civil War Era, and have visited some other battlegrounds. Nice tree.

Thanks Kathy. It's hard to live in that area and not be aware of its history somehow. The entire south/east coast is a reminder of the early days of this country.

Here is an old digital shot of the Bull Run battlefield for you:

    Thanks!

    Great shots as always Rickster!

I like the roof shot. Near silhouette, yet some detail. Great shot.

The tree on the Bull Run Battlefields is an awesome shot. I love it! I'd love to get a locale for a shot like that.

Great timing catching that leaf. I was expecting the usual stagnant shot of a leaf on the ground or floating in the water. Definitely not what I was expecting.

And there's just something about a sunset over water...

Thanks dude! I always wanted to get a civil war reenactor and take him out on the batlefields to get some cool photos with. But alas, never put it together!

    Thanks a mill!
