Great shot! love the shadow / light accomplished.
Now me being picky I would like to see a whisker more light on the subjects face (front right side) but without loosing the nice effect you already have.
    Lovely shoot no doubt.

This is one of my favorite lighting set-ups for men. Nicely executed!

    Nice job!

What kind of modifier was used for the main light?

    Re: Mood and Drama

    Hey all!
I definitely agree on the right side needing a bit more light, you are not being picky, I have to pay a bit more attention to my cropping skills also.
I'm using a 50" soft box with an alien bee head in it, a 430ex, and a 580ex for side lights.
    Thanks for your comments.

Welcome to PR and great way to introduce yourself with a portrait of this quality. I agree with you and the other on the lighting and a bit looser crop would have enhance the overall image as well. Hope to see a lot more of your work.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
