    Montgomery Gentry called....

Well, their management did anyway. Troy Gentry wants some of my photos from the concert!! These are also not technically perfect (lol), but as many images of these guys that exist, the fact that one wants to hang these on his walls is just an unreal compliment.

If you want to see the photos, and haven't, they can be seen here:
    Another concert photo...

Forgive my ignorance, but who is Troy Gentry or Montgomery Gentry?

Whoever he is, congratulations! You've got some images to sell.

They are one of the largest country music acts. I myself am not into country, but was on a shoot for someone else when these were taken.

I can see why they want them - great shots!

I'll admit that I know who they are because I've seen them live too. This was when they first hit and were really a great act. Not exactly my thing, but I enjoyed the show.

Ah, no wonder I've never heard of him/them. Real men don't listen to country.

Way to go on the shots. Its always good to have someone with cash interested in your work.

I believe real men listen to everything but really get into motown, dowop and CCR.

Okay, I confess...I like listening to Hank Williams Sr., Charlie Rich, Charlie Pride, and the Sons of the Pioneers. Now THAT was country! "Dooooowwwwnnnn along with the tumbling tumbleweeds"

I even composed and recorded my own version of Cool Water. :23:

But then again, so has everyone else.

I know they are going to be at country thunder ... but that is not for me anymore ... did that back in the day ... can't handle that kind of "entertainment" anymore .... they were actually there when they were first making it big .. i seen them then ... I am sure the show is MUCH better now !!
