Minty Fresh!

A sprig of mint from my garden. Wasn't sure if i'd like it or not but I do! Came out kind of cool. I like the contrast of the green on the black!

Okay, take one big bay window with the sun shining in and one dining room chandelier overhead, no flash, macro lens, and a huge black matting board and you've got yourself a cool shot!

The bay window was facing the front part of the mint and I was on the side. I generally try to use as much natural light as possible, never really liked flash effects.
