Looking for Virtual Tour software

I know Janie uses one but I am unsure which. Anybody else out there use this kind of software or can give some recommendations? I don't want to spend a ton of money but need something that works well. Thanks in advance.

Oh yes, for got to mention...I need it for use on Mac OS 10.3 platform.
