The Longest Mural in the World

I was surprised that here in California we have the longest mural in the world. Its called
"The Great Wall of Los Angeles" and these paintings have been damaged over the years and are being restored. The drawings are segments of Californian history. It was difficult to show just how long this thing is in a photo since the l.a river has many turns. I was on assignment covering the extremely talented artists restoring the paintings.

You know what would be cool to capture this completely, would be to take the GigaPan, and sit in the back of a pickup with your camera setup on the GP. Image every panel completely and at the end, you'd have a complete panarama of the mural.
