A little from Germany and France

While in Germany for work related training, one of my co-workers (who's been with the company 36 of the 40 years in it's current encarnation) invited me to his house for dinner. He lives on the door step of the Black forrest and the flank of the Rhine wine valley.

After work of the week was done, another co-worker took me to Strasburg, FRA. He grew up in this city so I had a wonderful guide. Here's a few from the cathedral.

I don't know why I take pictures of religous places while in Europe. maybe it's the history of maybe it's my Gothic-tendencies.

The Cathedral was built in 1543.

I'll be returning in June and hope to visit the Alps. Little factoid: going to travel-logs with my grandparents as a child got me into photography.
