    le Mans for the cyclist

The Peugeot team had an electric-assist folding bike for every driver.
Maybe they'd have completed the 24h if they'd used them instead of the 908 hdi FAP :blush2:

Do you have more photos of those bikes, Paul? I'd like to see more details. Do you know who the manufacturer is?

If I'd realised there would be an exam, I'd have paid more attention!

Re: le Mans for the cyclist

The look suspiciously like the classic Peugeot folders. Since it was the Peugeot team, why would they go to another company?? My Mom had one for years. I always thought it was a beast to ride and overly heavy.

I see that the Tour de France is going to X-ray bikes this year to be sure they don't have motors hidden in the frames!

but then with battery/drive pack added
and the high performance adjustable shocks
and the shimano gears (8 speed I think)
    and those custom rims
looks like a specialist build for the team maybe ?
