Jupiter and 3 moons -- or thats one really long lens

Last night a was a Beautifully clear night , and My older Brother ( an Astro Physicist ) broke out his Telescope. and Jupiter was we bight in the sky.

Here is the Big giant with 3 of the Moons. ( we could actually see 5 of the moons but only 3 came out In Pics. ) note you can see one of the bands. we could actually make out the Spot too, with the eyepiece in place.

I took my Lens off, and he took out the eyepiece then I had to get the camera in focus moving back and forth, with out touching the telescope staying right angle . quite tricky. But I got one or 2 , and how may Chance do you get to Photo Jupiter .

And this here was the lens

Feel free to edit my Pics to show me how to make them Better.

Get a "T-Mount" for you camera, they're cheap, and you'll be able to get some better pictures a lot easier. I got mine set up, just haven't actually tried it yet.
The world is full of people who can hear a loud bang, feel a sharp pain in their foot, notice smoke trickling from their holster........ And never put it all together.

Canon EOS Rebel XT DSLR; Canon EOS Rebel K2 35 mm SLR, Canon Powershot S5IS Compact; Canon Photura 35 mm P&S (Definitely not compact. Probably the best 35 P&S ever)
