Iso 51200???

Hi All, With the advent of the new Pentax K5, see PR review here , I am curious as to what the advantages to having such a high ISO are? I imagine noise is really going to be a factor, and of course, night photography will be helped tremendously, and maybe some neat stop-motion. But beyond that, what practical uses will it have?? Are there any other similar range cameras with this high of ISO?

If it is usable, I would love to have an extra 4+ stops of exposure. I might be able to shoot hummingbirds in ambient light! - Terry
