    Introductions - Fossil

    Hi all

My name is Rod Murphy (My kids think that I'm that old that I'm a fossil) Hence the user name.

I am very new to photography and would ask that any comments be kind to the new guy. (About to start my second community based course in a couple of weeks)

I use a Panasonic FZ30 camera and am learning how to use it. Will up load when I feel that I am worthy.

Currently live in Sydney Australia and love to travel. Hope to post some good photo's from my trips in the future

    Travel well

    Cheers

    Rod

PS mod please move to correct area if I'm in the wrong place.

Nice to have you aboard Rod. I hope that you will find this to be a very friendly community of photographers. Even though I am slightly older than dirt and been a photographer for years I learn something nearly everyday here. I would encourage you to post images and learn from the comments of others here. Don't wait till you think you have the perfect picture. We all learn from our miscues as much or more than from our triumphs. Hope to see lots more of your post.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
