    Smile Introduction

Hi everyone! My name is Amber and I am a 24 year old stay at home mother of two little girls. My daughters are 4 and 1 years old. I have been married for 5.5 years and my husband is a nuclear engineer in the USN.
My pets: I have a Siberian Husky/Timberwolf mix named Tasha and she is 5 yrs old, Two cockatiels; one male and one female, a guinea pig and 4 fish tanks. The tank stats are:
125 gallon tropical Angelfish community (was a discus community)
55 gallon African Cichlid tank (Tanganyikan)
    20 gallon hosp/QT tank
    10 gallon hosp/QT tank

I love to snap pictures as a hobby, but I have a lot of friends and family members that think I need to take it professionally. I am not so sure I am that good. I think I take ok pictures for the purpose of the pictures (my enjoyment) but was curious what others would think.
    Guess thats about it.

Welcome aboard Amber. I think you have found the right place to explore your photography and get lots of good feed back. We have some very good photographers here that are more than willing to share their knowledge. I might add several of them are moms just like you and love to take pictures of the kids. Hope you stick around to meet some of them and keep posting your pictures. Love what you have put up so far. Your daughter is a real beauty, she is a great subject for you.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Welcome, AmberC. Glad to have you here. Your girls are just adorable. Just so you know, I think you do some awesome work with the camera. Love all the close-up/macros shots you put up. I think some of your friends are right.

Tasha is gorgeous. Makes me miss my Maxx when I see that pic.
