I want to say that's a beaver, but the tail looks too fluffy. Woodchuck? Whatever it is, nice catch!

Yup, Puxatawney Phil has come calling. Ground hog. It's spring and he is to borrow a phrase
    'cherchez la femme'.

    Good catch.

Well what a furry surprise. Atleast it didn't attack!

They're not too bad if you cook em right. The key is to get them off the road as soon as they've been hit. The fresher the better.

hehe...this one was a little peppery...hehe...or at least it was after the local gendarmes finished with it...They peppersprayed all around the shed and woodpile, in hopes that it would force it out and then wander back into the woods. Because we have so many kids within an 8-10 house radius, we were forced to call someone to try to get it to move on. We haven't seen it since they sprayed so hopefully, he's back in nature!!!
