    Indoor Skydivers

This is one of the most grueling shoots I've done so far. It's an indoor skydiving tunnel - one of two locations in the country that's not military. The tunnel sits over top a DC-10 prop engine that blows a column of air. It creates the ability for a human being to fly.

Terrible light and it was 150-degrees in the tunnel. I could actually feel the cameras heating up in my hand.

Fantastic results for those kind of conditions. Some really fun shots. I never heard of anything like this, but can imagine what the sensation would be. I would think this would really catch on.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

I've seen video and still's of this before. While I can imagine what a pain it was working in those conditions, you managed to get some great shots.

I'm guessing you used a zoom lens?

I actually took both my 10d's into the tunnel with me, Speed. One had my Sigma 15mm Fisheye on it and the other had my Sigma 28-105 on it.
