She definitely knows how to hold the camera's interest. These are simply great shots! I like the one of her laughing with head in hands... conveys a lot of emotion.

Thanks Chris - when we first got together (almost ten years ago) - I wasn't into photography, but I've always been into art. I used to ask her to pose for me while I drew or painted her portrait. After about 30 minutes of me saying, "You're moving, stop it," and her saying, "I'm not moving" - we decided that she lacked the patience to be an artist's model. She loves the fact that I still want to capture her image, but now she doesn't have to hold still for any amount of time.

I love the laughing one and the close up with her hair in her face. They really capture the viewer's eye and keep you looking. Nice work! What type of film did you use on the color ones?
