I would like to introduce you to...

    Mrs. Michael Smith.

Amy and I made it official over the weekend, and tied the knot. I haven't gone through all of our photos yet, but thought I would post one that I like. I didn't take this photo, or any of our wedding pics. The photographer we hired shot all digital, and used my memory cards. At the end of the night, she gave them back to me to do the post processing. The photographer hasn't seen any of the pics herself yet.

Thank you! I did get out to shoot some deer on Friday morning, and pretty much all day yesterday. I'm working on some new deer pics now.

Congrats! Are you bringing the Mrs to Chicago? I'm sure that would make a lovely weekend getaway.

Thanks Adina. I haven't mentioned the Chicago dinner outing to her yet. I will run it by her today and see what she says. I'm guessing that she'll have to work that weekend tho. I'm still not sure if I will be there myself.

Congratulations Michael. You'll hear a lot of people knocking marriage, but this old timer is not one. Been married for nearly 35 years and it was the best decision I ever made. (Besides sticking with Nikon which predates my marraige by about 3 months.) Hope you can say the same thing in 35 years.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Good luck to you both! If your wife and you are as fortunate as are my wife and I, the trip will be warm, fun and rewarding. We have four kids(all grown now) and six grandchildren.
My family is my success story, we all get along great and actually enjoy one another's company.
Take good care of each other and all else will fall into place.

I was thinking the same thing! Amy does have that weekend off, and is willing to make the trip, so we may just be joining the cool people once again!
