I need help please!!!

Is this fixable .I messed it up, it is not replaceable. I will send a full size file to someone if you can fix it. It got pop spilled on it before I had a chance to give it back to the guy. I need a copy for him and the fire house now.

I might be able to find a picture with a badge but I would settle for plain white if I have to. I am in no position to complain about time if someone can do it.
