    I miss summer sometimes

Going through some earlier stuff from the year around June/July, which would be around 3 months after I got my camera, and I stumbled across this picture.

Does a post midnight snack when you have insomnia count as having it for breakfast?

I've been known to eat pie and ice cream for breakfast. I feel no shame.

Nice picture, Jeff. Kids and ice cream and hot summer streets - that's the stuff of serious nostalgia. I always miss summer. I love the smell of sunscreen and I love long, long days sweating in the sun.

These are the kind of pictures that make smile every time I see them. I pull out those old photo of my adult kids when they were that age and it gives me hours and hours of pleasure just remembering those great times. Enjoy these days they are gone way to quickly.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

    What's wrong with soup?

I like a good bowl of Pho

That is a great shot though, summer's great and all, but we've gotta move onto the Pho and Hot Chocolate.

It's 84 degrees right now in Austin. If summer ever left, I might miss it...but at this rate, I'll never know.
