    House of Sorrow

Not sure where to put this. I shoot abandoned stuff whenever I can. Recently found this gorgeous house in a nearby town. Its neighbors are all occupied dwellings and it sits in a semi-neglected state. Locks on the doors, lawn mowed. But the paint is gone and the garden is overgrown and it will surely deteriorate fast.

I've shot a few abandoned homes before, but this one gave me the most profound sense of sorrow and loss. Judging by the bright blue doors and the elaborately labeled garden, this was once someone's pride and joy. A refuge and a pleasure. Now left to die slowly.

Very nice find and well captured. I'm partial to number 2, maybe just because I love good B&W.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
