Love the Sunbeam! We rarely ever see those in the United States.

The first below is one variation of the Packard 'bird'. The one Ray Schrackman posted looks like a reproduction that was made during the late '50's for some uber wealthy folks still trying to keep their Packards running. Note the 'cut' steel wings that are not cast.

Here is a hood ornament I took a few years ago , with an ole point and shoot of some sort, I don't remember what kind od camera it was, but here is what I had handy..

Shame that engine wouldn't fit my car.
Nice clean smooth pipework, unlike the plastic stuff on my road car.
Water-cooled charge cooler?
Where's that 5th pipe going off the exhaust ?

Why yes, it does have a liquid to air intercooler..The 5th pipe is the waste gate dump tube.
