    Holganize Your Photographs!

I thought I'd share this site with everyone here.
    http://www.holganizer.net/index.php
Basically it turns your perfectly good photographs into "Holga Looking" ones.
I am not in anyway shape or form promoting the site, why would I!
    I use the real thing!

Oh come on, the real thing only cost like $20. Just get the real thing people!...LOL

But, if you're going to do the above, might as well add a little Photoshop "cross processing" to it too

It was worth checking out the site to read this quote.

There are many different Holga models, that all make crappy pictures.

Brain, I think the site is great. Thanks for posting...

This does raise an interesting discussion, one that I think we could argue for a long time.

For some the process is important, if not crucial. As a long-time film shooting with my own darkroom, as well as someone who's dabbled in photo silkscreen over the years, I fully understand this.

But now, being immersed in the digital aspect of things (and all the remarkable tools that brings to the table), I have more of a the end image justifies the means attitude.

I'm motivated by the way a final image looks, and not how it is made...

Why the only really neat thing that link is the Lens Baby. My only objection is the cost, Now if I could put some of my lens cells for the view camera on it, I could justify the cost.

Holga fanatics will lynch you if you do this. I was almost assaulted by a holga fanatic because I cropped and sharpened a holga photo. I had to prove my holga credentials by taking a photo of my camera.

While I understand your motivation, I just have to say - I enjoy *making* the image in processes beyond digital. Does that make sense?
