Not only did I update myself, but I created a web-based flyer I can e-mail to realtors & real estate companies to show what they should be telling their clients or they can e-mail this to their clients who have already signed listing agreements with them, before making the appointment with me. I'm starting to get quite busy with this and haven't started the advertising yet - i'm training a few people to help me out for times I get toooooo busy and paying them $25 p/hour just to take photos (I do the editing and the rest of the stuff).

Above is my flyer - does it sound good? Think more like a home-owner who knows nothing about photography!
Thanks! ;-)

). When I saw the text, I thought "uh-oh". I'll admit I didn't read all of it but I probably read more than most people would. I'm thinking about the person who's opening unsolicited mail, and how much time I personally spend looking at it before it goes in the circular file. Get them interested in a couple of seconds so that they want to find out more. It's a great idea - do something better than your targeted clients can do themselves, and don't want to do it themselves in the first place. You could probably take out an ad in a FSBO magazine too.
