    In His Blood

My aussie, Rocket, doing what he loves to do best - herding.

His buddies at the dog park think he is their personal exercise trainer.

These are great, Loupey! I love the expression on the other dog's face!

That second dog looks scared to death though I suppose that's my own anthropomophisitc view on things.

Awesome! I see a big ole pug doggy smile on the other dog's face. Love it!

cm_mtb - Thanks. Yeah that pug/chow mix dog sure had a great expression (even when not running )

Frog - LOL - no, he was quite all right and having fun. I think he even "started it".

    PJ - Thank you.

Hope it put a smile on your face today.

Two more - although these did not exhibit the expression that the first dog had.

It sure did! There's nothing happier than a happy doggy

Herd dogs are fun. More than once, I've been herded when I was on my bike. It's a little unnerving at first. And then it's just funny.

Did it work? Where they successful in herding you in the direction they wanted you to go?

    Re: In His Blood

Here is one friend just coming back from a brief run with my dog. For those of you who may not know the characteristics of the pug, they have breathing issues because of their extremely shortened snout. One can hear them coming from a long distance away. There are several owners here who own multiple pugs (a pug club is nearby) and when there are half a dozen to a dozen pugs running around all at once, the sounds of all that mouth-breathing can be overwhelming.

Anyway, even at this reduced resolution you can still make out the "draining" issue as well

I new he wasn't actually frightened and just enjoying being chased. Just the look spoke fear to me, especially in the second.

    Thanks for the smiles!
