Now that you are here, you'll want to spend some quality time in the "Critique" forum, looking at and posting comments on pictures. When you're ready, start posting some pics of your own. The folks on PR are very friendly and very helpful. You will be surprised at what you can learn here. Just remember that the feedback is constructive critism and not personal.

I live on the NC coast (Carteret County). What part of NC do you live in? Coast, Piedmont or Mountains?
