Okay. So these are friends of a friend type folks. They asked me if I'd shoot some engagement photos last October, and then asked if I'd do the wedding. Figuring I had a year to work my ass off getting prepared, I said okay.

First, anyone who does this on a regular basis is amazing. It is a physically and emotionally draining event. But the rewards were worth it. They were so grateful that I gave them my weekend, and were some of the nicest people I'd ever met. Bottle of wine when I got there as a thank you, and a condo at the resort so I didn't need to drive home (4 hours)

AND, to top it all off, the dj hit on me ALL night. I mean from the time he got there, to the time I said goodnight to the bride and groom and snuck out. And I didn't hide the fact that I was married with kids, I think he blocked it out.

So, lots of fun. Will I do it again...hmm....I think I need to recover before I answer that...
