    A Walk With a Prime...

    When I first started in photography 90% of all the images I took were with a prime lens. Now it seems that most of us are using zooms of various lengths nearly all the time. When I bought my first used SLR back in 1968 it came with a 50mm lens and 105mm. I took thousands of pictures with those two lenses and never dreamed of the versatility and quality of todays zooms. I still enjoy taking off on a walk with my camera and one prime lens. I did that late this afternoon after work. I attached the 105 without any tubes that I usually have with it and took off down the street. Here are a few of the shots I got. How about you, have you got some interesting prime lens shots to share?
