A funny place to find a ship

It's always great to find something unusual to photograph. This is a picture of a deck on a trailer. As you can see the lady of the house was leaving as I was taking pictures. I told her I was admiring what I thought was her deck and asked if she mind sharing how it came into being. She confirmed that it was their deck and here's her story. "My husband built decks for a living. When we bought this trailer it had a great view of the lake so we of course new we had to build a deck. After some more thought my husband said we should elevate it to get even a better view of the lake. Seeing as they lived so close to the lake it just made sense to make it into a boat!.

It was High Noon when I took these so their a little dark in places too bright in others. This ship is complete with 10 cannons at the ready, weathered sails and a crow in the crow’s nest. Very COOOOOL.

What can the neighbors say? He's got those cannons pointing at 'em! I'm just wondering if he makes the kids walk the plank if they get out of line?

Thats funny, although I think I'd make the lower part of it look better. Now if those were real canons the neighbors wouldn't dare complain. I know zoning here wouldn't allow it, but who listens to them anyway
