    Frog pan

Well last time you wanted to be able to pan more ...
There's plenty of panning to be done in this one http://gallery.photographyreview.com...&ppuser=235378

But it's a pretty lousy one by most standards, because you can see the image wanders about, I wasn't using a tripod.
But Las Vegas Motor Speedway probably don't like tripods in the stands

Wow! I could spend a bit of time searching for details on that one.
When I'm rich, I'm going to have a round room with a 360 degree pano.
    How many shots was that?

    Re: Frog pan

Some time is pays to use a wide angle lens. But I must say there is a trick I use, when I pan clockwise I look for a landmark on the right to line up in the viewfinder in the next shot to line up on the left side of the view finder. I also do a quick rotation making sure that I don't have to change the focal length, do to cutting stuff off.

That was 73 portrait shots at 400mm
16000 pixels across in the gallery - you'll be scrolling a long way.
