You have to hand it to some of those people, they put in a lot of work to save there property, too bad some of them failed. Right now the upper Missouri is beginning to start to flood as well, and parts of the Kansas City area already putting up portable flood walls, and sand bagging operations are all over the place. But in these photos, it goes to show every man is his own island.
