    Epson P-2000

Has anyone used this for image storage while in the field? I checked the reviews, but none have been left. (Just to clarify, no reviews have been left on the PR.com site. I have done an internet search and read numerous reviews there, but I'd like some feedback from individuals whom I trust to give a fair and unbiased critique of the product.)

I'm heading to Hawaii in 9 days and I'll need something to store images on.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated!

    Hi Brian,

If you can get one I don't think you would be disappointed. I have one, and it displays Canon RAW files from the new series of digital cameras. It probably shows Nikon too, but it doesn't say which files are compatible. Unfortunately it doesn't display files from my Canon 1Ds.

You can also put MP3 songs on it and listen to music on the way to hawaii. The screen is incredible and I really like it as a storage unit.

If you take me to Hawaii...we can trade

    Loren!!

    Hiyas Loren,

    Thanks for the reply!

I ended up ordering one from Adorama and it should be here tomorrow before 10:30. I'm anxious to see how things look on this little bugger. As for mp3s.. I like my iPod too much to replace it with this. I also have the CF card adapter for the iPod, but it is just toooo slow to try and use in the field.

Thanks again for posting and I'm glad to see that you are still about.
