    East Meets West

Most everyone on PR is familiar with my grandson Jack. I have posted a variety of images of him. However this Christmas we had three grandsons to celebrate with. Joshua born 9/5/06 in Odessa TX and Wesley born 10/29/06 in Columbus OH. My son captured their first meeting with my D70. that's our little cowboy Josh on the left and my Buckeye fan on the right is Wes. I call the photo East meets West. Now how long do I have to wait to get them each a camera?

Congrats on the new additions to the family. If only they could know how many pictures will be taken of them in the years to come when visiting Grandpa! A great looking bunch. . .all the best to you and your family, OT.

Thanks Gary! It's hard be believe how much grandchildren can mean to you until you actually hold them and experience the feeling.

I think that the only way I could have been any happier is if the both had miniature Nikons around their necks. Thanks Rick.

    Re: East Meets West

Thanks Jimmy. I just wish that they lived closer so that I could see them more often. I don't know if either will be a machinist but I do know that my son Sam has great hopes that the little guy on the left will want to work with metal. His first toy was a little hammer.

    Larry,
You'll start a Civil War in the family if they both end up playing for Ohio State and Texas and end up in a bowl game against each other

Oh John in my wildest dream something like that could happen. Josh lives about 10 miles from the high school that Friday Night Lights was about. He was born in an Odessa hospital so he is in the middle of Texas football country and Wes is in Columbus what more do you need to say. Thanks to you and Rick for the comments.
