    Does Paul know snakes?

I know, I know: terrible image. I don't knwo what happened. Except maybe I was too excited and didn't give the Coolpix time to autofocus before taking the shot.

Anyway, here's a Snake in the Grass I saw while hiking here in Virginia over the weekend. My companion pretty much identified it as a Copperhead. Any seconds?

    Yes yes but

what's the point of living if you're not ready to die?

I dunno, that made sense before I wrote it.

Okay, so that's 4 id's on the Copperhead. Guess that means it was pretty dumb to pick it up and swing around, eh?

That's part of what makes him Paul!

And that's mostly why we love him!

That's also why, when it comes to nature, Paul is THE MAN!

killing a snake BECAUSE you fear it...... IS INSANE!!!!!

THEY EAT RODENTS and INSECTS that CARRY DISEASE amoung other things

I'M PRO NATURE nearly TO AN EXTREME, SO IF THAT MAKES ME A FREAK...... GRRRRR 8

    Well Paul,

I can't say I'm not a little disappointed. I mean, you could've at least WRITTEN in an Australian accent! (duh)

    I'm still amazed though.

It was probably in the upper 70's when I saw him. He DEFINITELY noticed us. He was glaring at us until he crept quietly into the grasses... we waited until he wasn't giving us DEATH EYES then we got closer to look at him.

    Like I say...

    "He's a beaut!" ;)

    Hey Walterick,

That ain't no fakey Australian Accent on TV mate, that is one "True Blue, Dinkie Die, pure Aussie Accent" mate and don't you forget it. Of course we all don't talk like him, but Paul Hogan is the real thing as well, although not with the outback stuff he ain't. Paul Hogan was discovered in a TV Talent quest and his real occupation was a a painter on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, that takes 1 year to paint from one side to the other.
