    Day at the park 2

More from the park. It was nice being far enough back with the 400 to catch the kids unawares most of the time.

the first two are wonderful...boys in their own world...and I love the second.... I think the crop and tones work well...what time of day did you shoot in...it very pretty light.

Thanks Nat. I shot these mid to late afternoon, on a beautiful, clear sunny day. Andrew and Kara just had a blast with all the kids at the park. Andrew was sharing his gameboy with another boy he had just met, a really nice kid. His parents made a big financial investment to move from a very bad neighborhood recently (robbed almost weekly) and into the area for the sake of their child. They barely make ends meet, but they feel it's the best thing for their family. Thanks for looking-sorry about the large file sizes-I realize that even with DSL these are long downloads, but the pictures really take a beating on quality when I use the save for web feature in photoshop.
