    County Fair

The fair is in town this weekend. Always fun to try to get some photos at the fair.

I like the images and the subject. Is that a person hanging themself on the right side of the second picture down? Interesting angle.

Thanks Bayville. There is a person hanging in the first image. She is strapped into a harness that is attached to bungee cords. They tighten the bungees and then let the kids jump on a trampoline. They get some pretty good air.

Nice work Mike, although I do have to point out that REAL county fair photos have some cotton candy and goat snot on the lens.

    Nice night shots, Mike.
I might try some at our fair this year but then again I might be too lazy. My day time shots for the last two years at the fair haven't turned out so good.

    Re: County Fair

Thanks for looking and commenting everyone.

Frog, go and give it a shot. It's a lot of fun. One tip, go just before dusk. It will be dark enough that you can use a long shutterspeed to blur the lights, but there will still be some color in the sky to make it more interesting. Notice the last shot in this series there is no color in the sky. That image was taken well after sunset.
