    Could It Be Spring???

Well I though it was Spring Friday afternoon when I finally found theses few signs of Spring in the back yard. However this morning I awoke to a sprinkling of snow on the ground and the temperature below freezing again. Oh well all things come to those that wait.

    Re: Could It Be Spring???

Flowers, already? And an insect? Stop teasing me, it's cruel. Very nice shots. When I retire, I'm heading to KY. Seriously, I came to that conclusion a couple years ago. From my meteorological research, I've found Kentucky to have about the most moderate year round temps in the country, other than Bellingham, WA. However, it rains too much in Washington. Also, I understand the bass and crappie fishing is awesome in KY. Watch out Old Timer, here I come.

KY has a lot going for it that's for sure. And your right about the fishing. There is always room for one more.

Beautiful shots Larry! The first one is spectacular!

You sound like me scouring my yard for any signs of spring. I probably spend a 1/2 hour shooting two daffodils that bloomed. lol

Thanks Julie! Your exactly right, I spent way too much time on too small a subject. But the first baseball game for the local boys is Thursday, that is if I choose to brave the weather.

Keep our chin up !!! This last 15" of white stuff we got put this year 2nd of all time record snowfall with 101" on the season. Only 10" more to tie the record of 111" - I know we can do it!!! Now maybe you understand why we are sick of winter. It snows, we shovel / snowblow, then it snows again .... just keep repeating the process you understand .....
