    Chinatown Lanterns (mini-series)

I took these after dinner last night. I had a cheap video tripod so I was comfortable doing some slow shutter photos. I shot everything in ISO 100, used AEB, and RAW. I didn't get to shoot more due to rain and a lousy tripod

Those are awesome photos. I liked the lantern photos you and Shrackman took during the gathering. It looks like they inspired you a bit?

But I'm sorry, I can't help but look for the ninjas hiding in the darkness

Thanks PJ! I was thinking about the lantern photos when I shot these. I wanted to put my zoom to get different angles but the rain and dark alleys gave me concern. You know with the ninjas and all

Thanks Marc. I don't know if it was fun there since I was shooting pretty late during light rain. There was nobody around as you can see from the photos. The food is pretty good in Chintown though.
