Cell Phone Pictures

I keep forgetting that I have a phone that takes somewhat decent pictures. Shot these with the Droid X - cleaned them up a bit in PS. Haven't figured out how to turn down the sharpness (if possible even) or the ISO. Look at that crazy shutter speed (can't be right).
