Camera Clip? This thing looks cool!

I am intrigued by this thing and being able to use it with any of my packs.

That does look pretty cool. Not too expensive either.
Too bad I don't have a compatible tripod head (mine is a RC2-based system) or I might give it a try.

I am intrigued as well, it looks pretty handy to use, and I like the fact that it mounts to something you already have, instead of requiring more straps, harness, etc. Might have to buy myself a late Christmas present!

Thanks for sharing that, Rob. I've never seen it before and it definitely looks pretty cool. Price is nice, too!

Well, for better or worse, I just ordered this and will give it a try. My back has been asking me to find somewhere other than my neck to hang my camera on for awhile, so maybe this is the answer. I'll let you know how it works when I've tested it out.

Cool. Good luck with it. Post some pics. Regular camera straps suck. They torque the he'll out of my neck. I use a hybrid black rapid setup to carry 1 or 2 cameras. This click thing has some great potential to use with my pack. For some events I don't like the 2 strap set up and wear my pack all day. This thing could get my 2nd camera within reach.

Saw one of these a few months ago, guy in the loop had one. Looked like a news shooter, as he had a sweet HDCam setup and a couple of SLRs along for the ride on his belt using these clips. I was really intrigued, but I never researched it. It's a fantastic idea.

I would be afraid one of those screws would come loose and it would release my camera and my camera would hit the ground. Of course it could be handy if you're shooting with two different cameras with two different lenses and need to access them quick.

You have to take the camera off the strap to shoot. I am afraid of dropping it from my hand. I use a sling strap.

Looks neat...might end up on my shopping list one of these days. I use a sling also, I'm not bothered with the neck strap, but I do like having it tethered to me if I'm out and about.
