It was a busy fourth of July weekend

started off the weekend with a shoot for an expectant mom (first paid maternity stint--yeah!)
and we were off to CT for the next three days (pics to follow in a few days)

these are some of my favorites from the shoot... using either the 18-50mm lense or the 105mm... all set at 200, varying everything else... light was difficult for me...it was miday to one oclock sun strong and BRIGHT...tried my best

she had wanted BW and I have all in color and BW for her---we also taked about a soft diffused look so I played on PS... anyway hope everyone had a wonderful and safe weekend and I'll be back in a few days since I can't sit for too long.....I'm recovering from a fall from a pool deck landing/steps
I'm a dork it'll be funny when my back stops throbbing I'm fine ...later everyone

    the one with the glasses

is my favorite. Something about prego ladies in glasses that really does it for me

Can't wait to see the baby shots.

that'son of my favs... she wanted a shot was more of what she generally looks like (hair up and glasses) and after I saw her I made a joke about it turning into a budoir shot of a accountant gone "bad" and she laughed and said...

Yeah! can you make me look sexy, "bad" but maternal... so I told her she was already there.

she was so much fun to work with...I had only been around her once before for a few hours...she's a hoot
