    Sign of Spring

    Yes, steak and roasts of the future! A sure sign of Spring.

    I was really thinking about the calf eating dinner, (milkshake on the hoof) but these are premium, award winning beef cattle.

    The calf is a female, so she'll be producing steers before too long!
