    broken cameras

do you guys have any/know of where i could find any broken canon DSLRs? I'm looking for a cheap one for remote shots so I don't have to worry about breaking it nearly as much. LCD screen can be broken, AF can not work, as long as i can see my settings and take a quality photo, thats all it has to do. Thanks.

eBay or maybe check with the local non-chain camera shops.

    Re: broken cameras

yeah ebay's not easy to find broken cameras because when people sell them they try to hide the fact they're broken until you actually read the auction and they say...sold as-is, this camera is damaged. Pretty annoying..

Check the Help Forum, one might soon be available.

    Sorry...

How about a used D30 (not 30D)? Not sure what they're going for but I think that was Canon's first DSLR so it might be cheap. Also, Kodak has made a few different Canon mount DSLR's which could work - if you can find one.

    You beat me to it!!

The D30 isn't a bad idea. Almo just sold his so he could give you an idea of what they sell for.
