    Breakfast

Continuing with my food obsession, here's a picture of my breakfast. The photos no masterpiece, but the food was! My aunt and uncle, in NM, gave me a bunch of NM chile. Thanks to my new food processor, I finally made some sauce and stewed in some chicken. I've got over a quart of chicken in NM chile sauce. So my breakfast was a stacked enchilada with eggs, cheese, the stewed chicken, and some more sauce and cheese on top. Awesome!

    Ride On!

At least you guys can ride today, this first day of Spring and all.
Here in SLC, we have a trace of snow in the valley and lower trails that were rideable last weekend!
    Looks YUMMY John!

    Mojado!

Nice. Where's the melted cheese? The crumbly stuff is good. But a wet burrito should have lots of stringy melted cheese, brah.

What's that brown thing? Is that a snausage?

    The risotto looks tasty.

I'm still at the office. So I'm probably picking up a burrito on the way home.
