    Breakfast
Continuing with my food obsession, here's a picture of my breakfast. The photos no masterpiece, but the food was! My aunt and uncle, in NM, gave me a bunch of NM chile. Thanks to my new food processor, I finally made some sauce and stewed in some chicken. I've got over a quart of chicken in NM chile sauce. So my breakfast was a stacked enchilada with eggs, cheese, the stewed chicken, and some more sauce and cheese on top. Awesome!

Photo content: the picture (Canon EOS 10D and 28-135mm IS lens), and you have to eat if you want to take pictures :p

    Ride On!
At least you guys can ride today, this first day of Spring and all.
Here in SLC, we have a trace of snow in the valley and lower trails that were rideable last weekend!
    Looks YUMMY John!

    Mojado!
Nice. Where's the melted cheese? The crumbly stuff is good. But a wet burrito should have lots of stringy melted cheese, brah.

This is heaven on a plate. Go to Eskie's in Taos and order a "fatty". it's a huge NM style borrito smoothered in Green Chile Stew.

What's that brown thing? Is that a snausage?

    The risotto looks tasty.

I'm still at the office. So I'm probably picking up a burrito on the way home.
