The Birthday Party Shots!

well like i posted in the help files, about shooting a close friends sons 1st birthday.
i think they turned out alright for my first time being under pressure lol.
i told yas i would post up some results haha so heres the thread.
i took 189 shots all day, and chose 38 that were great to me.
here is 2 of my favorite shots of the day, i think they are pretty decent haha
i love my 50mm f/1.8 II haha.
let me know your opinions anyways!

i can get the images to resize, i find they are too big to view on here once i figure it out ill post a few more.

He looks absolutely miserable in that first shot. Little girls get their mommy wanna be genes early, I guess.
I'm usually not much on selective color but it works in the second shot.

Thanks guys, the parents loved them. the lil guy was sick with a cold on his birthday. but i have TONS of other great shots ill post up this evening! thanks for the feed back.

I love the first one! Looks like a typical, very tired, and very in need of a nap, 1 year old after a day of partying.
