    To Clarify

For those of you who might not have understood that last photo, may I present Snowbird, June 6th, 2008; with 8 inches of untracked snow.

    Glorious!

    Day Two

I skied on Friday, my birthday proper. I'm am an ancient 41 and living like a kid. Yup

The next day, and maybe 20 miles away from Snowbird, as the crow flies. In fact, we were skiing just up the canyon to the right and the other side of the snowy mountains you can see in the last photo here:

There was a place opened on Memorial Day up here but not since. 8 inches of untracked is awsome.
    Happy Birthday, youngster!

Thanks! I skied Memorial Day, too. And if they're open in July - and it's looking like that might happen - it will be my duty to ski again!

Skiing in June is quite the gift! Good or you and happiest wishes.

I know here in Washington, Snoqualmie Pass got 8 inches last night. It's unreal. I want to swim!

It's been in the upper 90s here for about a month. I need a summer home up there.
