    A batch of new scans.

    Hello

I am digging through boxes of old pictures and bringing out the ones I have always wanted to scan but never took the time to. Overall, I'm very pleased! I haven't shown most of these to anyone so I am curious to your responses! I've posted them over in Critique as well for anyone who wants to dig in.

These are all shot out in San Francisco and srrounding areas. All are film and print scans.

    Thanks,
    Rick

All are nice, but I LOVE that last one, Rick. That is a great shot. Keep 'em coming.

WOW. That last shot is outstanding. Very original. You have a really good eye for composition. Nice scans. What scanner are you using? My Minolta Dimage Dualscan II is so slow, it's almost not worth scanning my old slides and print negs for archiving.

Re: A batch of new scans.

    Thanks guys!

Leon, the scanner I use is part of my Canon MP 360 3-in1 scanner/printer/copier. I was concerned about the quality of the scans when I was comtemplating purchasing it but they have proven themselves of quality. It is a flatbed scanner, I don't have the gall to invest in a film scanner... YET!

Shrack, thanks! I will definitely keep them coming!
