    Another wedding...

has occurred in our church. Two new, young members tied the knot today. I was not the official photographer, just the one officating the wedding (since I am their pastor). However, because their "official" photographer was using only point and shoot (they couldn't afford a professional) I offered to snap a few after the ceremony. The ironic thing is, the location for the photoshoot was at a cemetery, LOL. :cryin:

No worries, though. I guess I must have preached a pretty good sermon for the wedding. After the ceremony one older gentleman walked up to me and said "I think you tied that knot pretty tight!"

Now these aren't my best work, but I think the bride and groom will be happy with them.

A cemetery?! That is ironic! I wonder why such a location!

Nice shots! You are a man of many talents Ray, first marrying them and then pulling a camera out and becoming the wedding photographer

I'm sure they appreciate the good work done.

Nice shots! The people in the photographs look happy and natural and I like the angling. The black and white give a nice touch, especially with the white dress and the black and white tuxedos. =)

Thanks Rick and euphoria. I had the prints made today. The only one that didn'nt come out was the one above with the veil. I don't know why, but it just came out looking horrible. But all the rest look pretty decent. I'm sure they're gonna like them.

Good of you to offer and I bet it made them very happy.
I wonder why the veil one didn't print well?
