Yes, that is the plain truth. As I always say when someone asks me what camera they should buy: I don't tell people what cameras to buy, or even suggest what I think is best. I always say, get the camera that feels right to you. Don't worry about brands, or trends, or any of that nonsense. Get the one that fits you.

I shoot with Canon because physically it feels right, image wise it makes me the happiest, and performance wise, I can control it like no other. It didn't work for me and Oly, or Pentax, however, those were two very good cameras from both ends of the spectrum. The E-500 reminded me that I was an advanced user, and the K10D reminded me how big my hands are...

To be honest, the only reason I never tried Nikon was that I could not afford it at the times I was looking to switch. Believe me, I researched the hell out of it, but I could never make it work. Who knows, had I been able to I might be using a Nikon now, but I doubt it...
